BLACK OXIDIZED whole olives in 425ml easy open tin

Confit olives are processed into large oxidation tanks and get through sterilization. Following this process, the olives gain a characteristic uniform black color (Iron gluconate gives black olives their even color) and a sweet taste that can be eaten alone as a fruit. Famous for their low content in salt and for absence of flavor and aroma.
They are preserved in natural brine just to be enjoyed for longer. The easy open tin container protects the olives from sunlight, while it is easy and practical to use.

The tin container is 100% recyclable.
